A very cool 1973 print entitled T-Phage and signed by the artist D. Shields. It is the artist's proof so a print set aside by the artist to keep or use as the primary piece to test colours and quality against. Not included in the print run and typically much rarer. The subject, a T-Phage is a naturally occurring virus which has been enormously important in the understanding of molecular biology. It looks very sc-fi and like a lunar lander. It is behind glass and in original it's silver metal frame. Good condition. The frame shows a few bumps.
