White Glass Bowl by Sven Palmqvist for Orrefors, 1950s

Designed by Sven Palmqvist for the Swedish company Orrefors. This beautiful glass bowl has a misty, soft appearance fully enhanced by the ‘cushion form' curved edges and rounded foot. The glass is chunky and heavy and has a lovely quality. It is a signed mid-century piece and has no cracks or chips, just some signs of use on the bottom as expected.
