A fabulous small flared vase by the acclaimed c20th Dutch ceramicist Pieter Groeneveldt. He became a leading innovator in the Netherlands during the mid-century, developing and experimenting with many glazes. The glaze on this particular vase is known as Chamotte. He ran his studio, working with a small group of potters, until 1972. This piece is in good condition. No chips or cracks. The larger version is also available.
