Pine Articulated Tambour Screen, 1980s

£599.00

A gorgeous, tambour, slat, pine screen/ room divider. Produced by Habitat in the 1980s it is based on a design by Finnish architect and designer Alvar Aalto. The pine slats are connected by cables which means the screen is articulated and can be configured into lovely sculptural shapes. The warm natural wood colour will bring a fabulous texture and atmosphere to any room, especially with a lamp bouncing light off the surface. It is in good condition with a few light marks and colour wear at the edges. This screen doesn't fully flatten as a few of the slats have become fixed.

As this is a larger, heavy item, it can be picked up from the HoMV studio in N15 or delivered by a courier. We are happy to help get a cost and arrange a courier. Contact us to discuss delivery.
