Ilmari Tapiovaara Rocking Chair

Designed by the renowned and highly awarded Finnish designer Ilmari Tapiovaara this rocking chair is a thing of 1960's Modernist beauty. It is made of solid beech. The seat has been left as the natural wood finish to contrast perfectly with the ebonised frame. It feels lovely to sit in, and will no doubt bring cool Scandinavian style into any room along with the interest in the work of a celebrated C20th designer. It is in really good condition for it's age. There are a few dents here and there but nothing that detracts from it's look and function.
