This charming table has kept it's old typewriter typed label which states that it was made in a Woodwork Class in 1946. It is a one off hand made piece with a lovely chequer board top and a modernist style handle on the draw. It does have signs of it's age including a slight raising of some of the chequer board and a very feint mark where a plant pot must have once lived, but this adds to it's vintage character. If you want a unique piece with a story in your home this could be the one!
