Amazing, newly designed leather lightshade by Dutch designers Nieuwe Heren. They have been in the making for 2.5yrs. Nieuwe Heren uses a centuries old technique which involves submerging and heating the leather in a specific order. The leather becomes very soft and very flexible after which it is put into a mould and left to air dry and harden to the shape of the mould. Gorgeous shape, gorgeous stitching, gorgeous piece of modern design.
Comes with the ceiling rose in black metal, the fixings and the wire.
